| All of the above prices are subject
to change and are based on the Scope of Work that we must perform
for the appraisal. Typically if a property’s value is
higher than $750,000 the Scope of Work is more complex and therefore
a higher price will be charged. An order is subject to a Trip
Fee if the appraisal address is outside of the 100 mile radius
of our office location in Manhattan Beach, Ca. If there is a
price increase we will let you know before performing the appraisal
so there will not be any surprise incurred costs. |
